Beauty Line Spotlight- Tokidoki

Left to right- eyeshadow palette in Bastardino, Prisma Lip Gloss, Perfetto Eyeliner, and Tokidoki cosmetic bags.

Lets take a closer look at Sephora’s newest line of cosmetics: Tokidoki. If you love bold colors, kitschy character art, and Harajuku culture, you’ll appreciate the aesthetics of Tokiodoki.

Designed by Simone Legno, Tokiodoki is a cult brand that has successfully conquered many markets including toys and clothes! Now Simone brings this brand of cosmetics and accessories exclusively to Sephora. All the cosmetics were inspired by cute characters like Adios, Ciao Ciao, SANDy and Bastardino, and more. You can find out more about the character here.

Perfetto Eyeliner is a water-proof pencil eyeliner. Available in 8 different shades, each liner was inspired by a character including Carina(eggplant), Ciao Ciao(periwinkle), and Rodine Love(white). Perfetto Eyeliners were enhanced by rich pigments to create vivid eye looks. You could also use this for temporary tattoos or as eye shadow. Each eyeliner retails for $16.

There are currently two eyeshadow palettes in Adios and Bastardino. The former features 4 different shades of gray from light to intense. The latter features earthier shades including brown and green. Each palette is limited edition and retails for just $25 each!

Glossy girls like me love Prisma Lip Gloss, which gives you a sheer color without all the stickiness. This lip gloss also includes a clear silicone paddle applicator to ensure a super smooth application. Available in 16 shades including Samba(sheer peachy pink), Bullets(sheer berry), and Rocketeer(sheer deep black red). Each gloss retails for $16 a pop.
