This app is actually a lot like the Lucky Concierge app except you’ve got a bigger selection to choose from including home goods and children’s apparel.

Allure Best of Beauty IShopper 2010 Free on iTunes

Even though this list is from last year, it is the most current list of Allure magazine’s approved products and its to-go! You can search by product or store and save your favorites to a list. You can also browse through a few Garnier hair-care how to videos.

Total Beauty Product Reviews Free on iTunes

The Total Beauty Product Reviews App is another smart shopping app. This one lets you search by product or brand, but unfortunately it doesn’t let you review products on it(you’ll have to use a web browser for that).
